Matthew Wauchope is the founder and Managing Director of Eyre Power. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Mechatronic) from the University of South Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from RMIT. He worked as a software and electronics engineer for a decade before moving into heavy industry as Senior High Voltage Engineer. He worked as a consultant on solar projects, establishing Eyre Power and DCD Electric in 2017. He is interested in renewables project development and management, power systems design and construction along with retailing power from renewable generation.
